How do I create an account?

1) Click here, or the user symbol, next to the cart, in the upper right corner of this site.

2) Click "Create Account" on the right side of the page.

3) Then, simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.

How do I edit my account information?

Once logged in, click here to edit your account information.

 

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

 

I forgot my password.

Click here. Next, you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. Check your email to reset your password. 

 

How do I return my product?

Some products ordered may be decorated on demand, which means your custom decoration is added to the goods after you place your order. Because of this, returns/exchanges are not accepted unless the product you receive is damaged/defective or the product you receive is not the product that you ordered.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
